How to Get Shared Documents on All Accounts?

Setting up a PC for my extended family, there are five people int he
house, each one with their own account. But sometimes one takes
pictures they want everyone tohave access to.
How can I get "Shared Documents" on all accounts so each account can
access it? Iknow there's shared pictures, shared music etc.

The Shared Files (Documents, Music, Pictures) *are* available to
everyone on the system. That's the whole point of them. All accounts
already have access to Shared Files. Open My Computer and you will see
the Shared Files folders. If you want to make it even easier for
everyone, right-click/drag/to Desktop and when you let go of the right
mouse button choose "Create Shortcut.
