I have to point out the irony here.. Irony is just one of those things that
peak my interest.

Carey did START the message with the statement you quoted.. but the
"irrelevant crap snipped" by you happens to have been this:

----
To disable "Windows Messenger":

Open "Windows Messenger" and from the Toolbar select
Tools > Options > Preferences and uncheck:

"Run this program when Windows starts" and
"Allow this program to run in the background", then
click OK.

Next, open Outlook Express and from the Toolbar select
Tools > Options and under the General tab uncheck
"Automatically log on to Windows Messenger" and click
APPLY.

Alternative:

Prevent Windows Messenger from automatically running

Now, and here is the ironic part, you told Carey to "LEARN TO FRIKKIN
READ".. and yet - you demonstrated little proficiency in doing so yourself.
Carey did, in fact, discuss the exact application (with the OP) that the OP
was asking about.

While I admit to having seen Carey answer questions in the past without
"getting to the heart of the matter at all", this is one of those times when
Carey did discuss (with the OP) exactly what was asked about.

You're right. My mistake. I reacted to the first part. At least I admit
it when I'm wrong :)

My bad.....if I posted in error. :o(

No problem Kelly, I was just commenting is all. Hell, look at all MY
errors. I love it! I love being wrong because I get to learn from it and
I love learning. Without that, WTF is the point? And I was wrong in this
thread. I'm rather proud of myself for it, too.

I hear you and thanks! I don't worry as much at being wrong as I do
stepping on the toe's of other posters. At times, I just don't see any
other replies until I close out and reset the groups. I hate doing that and
it does happen more times than makes me comfortable. :o(
