HOW TO GET RID OF AN MSO.DLL ERROR WHEN STARTING OUTLOOK

EVERY TIME I START UP MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, I GET A MSO.DLL ERROR. I HAVE TRIED
ALL SORTS OF DLL REPAIR PROGRAMS AND NONE HAVE WORKED. I HAVE UN-INSTALLED
AND RE-INSTALLED AND STILL NO LUCK. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

Lose the caps lock. All caps is considered shouting.

Is MSO.DLL on your hard drive? What is the exact text of the error message?
WHat version of Outlook?
