How to get next e-mail message to open automatically as before?

In my older version of Outlook the next e-mail would open automatically when
deleting or closing an e-mail. I've looked all over 2007 & can't find the
command to auto-open the next e-mail -- how can I get it to perform this task?

Tools>Options>E-mail Options. Select "open the next item" in the "After
moving or deleteing an open item" drop-down at the very top.
