I want e-mails to open automatically after deleting the previous o

right now, after i delete an e-mail I'm taken back to the inbox and have to
open the next e-mail. How do I set up outlook so that whenever I delete an
e-mail, the next one opens automatically? I get los of e-mails. It takes too
much time to have to open each one. Please help!

Tools > Options > Preferences tab > E-mail options button > Message handling:
After moving or deleting an open item: choose open the next (or previous)
item.
The steps may not be exact as you didn't specify your version of Outlook,
but that's the general way to do it.
