how to get my addresses from XP

I have Windows Mail on Vista on my laptop; I want to get my Outlook Address
book from my old pc XP into Windows Mail on Vista.
Is there an easy way to do this?

Export Contacts from Outlook into a CSV file. (Comma-separated values.)
Import the result into Windows Mail.
