Getting on Vista,getting my address book from Outlook,& still use verizon as server

You would either need to install outlook on the Vista PC and connect your
old outlook data file, then Import using Mail
Or on the old PC export from Outlook to Express & the windows Address book,
then move those files to the Vista PC, before importing
No its not easy, primarily because Outlook and Mail are two completely
different apps. :)
