How To Get DB on WEB?

I have a database that I need to get on the web. I already have a Web Site &
Company to host it.
I need to get (1) form and (1) report on the site and make them link back to
the tables.
Where and how do I start? I have no experience with this.

You can use the MS Access' Data Access Pages.
