How to get daily remainder in Outlook 2003.

I want to get automatically daily Remainder in Outlook 2003.
May I know how to do Procedure.
Plz help me out as soon as possible.

You can create a recurring appointment with a reminder or a recurring task
with a reminder. I use both.
