How to get changes I make in 1 word doc to another

Wanna-be more efficient!

I have searched help, msn online help and the web -

I am trying to maintain two different documents - one with notes for my
reference as the project manager and one for the project team.
The project team version needs to be a 97-03 version, I can use 97-03 or 2007

Any tips or leads would be greatly appreciated! Work efficiency for today's
ever-increasing workloads!
 
Or instead of deleting the unwanted material, you could mark it Hidden
-- say, as an attribute of its special style.
