How to get around forward rule restrictions

Our company does not allow mail forwarding to outside internet
accounts (via automatic Outlook rules). This is BS to me since
manually I can send to anyone I want. Are there any tricks in
performing this type of forwarding function?
(I just want to be able to see the messages forwarded to my phone
which handles text messages).

Most companies would frown upon its employees trying to circumvent its
stated mail policies and many would fire such employees.
