how to get a login screen for outlook 2003

Since MS changed outlook a couple of months ago I have not been able to login
to outlook to look at or send email - do not get the login menu and can't
find how to get it. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

How did Microsoft change Outlook a couple of months ago to you?
Which mail account type are you using?
