How to fix the window position

I use an application called "Nokia Communication Centre".

I want to change the position of the window when it starts up. But
everytime I close the application and start it again, it gets back to
the original position. Is there a way to fix the position so that I
don't have to move it each time ?

Try this:
Place the window on your desired position, resize the window as necessary.
Then close the window by holding the ALT key and clicking the close button on
the top right of the window (red button with white x).

Actually, I find it weird. Even if I don't close the application, if
I left it open, after a while, I find that the application has moved.

What I want to do is to move part of the window out of the screen.
But it seems like it automatically move the whole window back into the
screen.

This is a application level usability feature. Nokia will have to implement
it within their software to remember the position of the window.

Alternatively, third party utilities may help. You may want to see this page
