How to fix - 473 "e-mail address" relaying prohibited. You sho

I'm getting this error message on only some of my e-mails but consistantly on
the same ones, what can I do to send e-mails to these recipients? The full
error message is : 473 (person's e-mail address) relaying prohibited. You
should authenticate first

So, the users who you can always mail successfully, is there anything
similar about them? Are they all on the same domain?
