how to find out RAS-Servers IP-Address

After making a connection to an RAS-Server in the connection
propreties/details the IP-Address of the server is showing. Is any another
possibility (comman-line tool) to get this information ? ipconfig shows only
own ip-address and netsh interface ... has problems too with the
PPP-Adapter.

If you know the server name, you can ping it. If the server replies, the IP
address is displayed in the command prompt window.
