How to find "group box" in FP2000

Hi,
When I use FP2000 to create a feedback form, I can not
find "group box" in the form list by selecting Insert ->
Form ->"Group Box". Could you please tell me how to find
this function?

There is no group box. You are limited to HTML form field types shown.
