difference between FP2000 / FP2003 & chinese calligraphy

1. what's the major difference in 2000 and 2003?

2. Any advantage if I re-save a FP file built by FP2000 to FP 2003? I've a
website built using FP2000. There is a banner ad. Will the transition
effect better if I re-save my website using FP 2003? Some computer station
couldn't view my banner ad, with a box with a small red cross on upper left
hand corner. I think this is probably some computers don't have Java Applet.
Will FP2003 solve this? If there is absolute advantage, the procedure of
re-saving simply is: just open the 2000 file on the 2003 version, and do a
save-as. Or if there is something that I should watch out with this
procedure?

3. I want to find some chinese calligraphy lettering in digital form. Is
there anyone able to give me a pointer?

There is no difference in or need to saving a page in FP2003 that was created in FP2000 and the
ability to view Java Applets is a Windows XP issue, not a FP issue.

For Chinese calligraphy, if you are using English Windows, then there are
several software packages for writing Chinese with English Windows. Some
come with a variety of fonts. Try searching on the web or visit a large
software store. If you are going to use Chinese writing for decoration, then
the best would be to make an image of the characters and post it as an
image.

If you are going to use Chinese characters for text, then remember that the
reader must also have a Chinese font installed on this or her computer. In
computer language, a Chinese character consists of two upper-ascii
characters together. One problem that you may run into is that the coding
used in Mainland China is different from the coding used in Hong Kong and
Taiwan. The news sites and commercial sites have some way of getting around
this, but I do not know how they do it.
