How to filter categories in Bussiness Contact Manager

I would like to filter accounts/business contact based on the category fields
with certain categories and ONLY with those categories. I have tried to use
the option with customize current view/filer/more choices or advanced ... but
the listing I am getting mention other criteria of the category field.

Then, when you sort by category, the listing is done based on only one
criteria of the category field, not on all of them.

Help!

Hi,

In order to sort business contacts by categories, please use the following
Menu item:
View | Arrange By | Current View | By Category.

Now if you want to list only those Contacts which fall under certain
categories, you can customize the view as below:
1. Click on the menu - View | Arrange By | Current View | Customize Current
View...
2. This will open a dialog titled "Customize View [By Category]". Click on
the "Filter" button
3. This will open the "Filter" dialog window. Click on the "More Choices"
tab.
4. In "More Choices", click on the Categories button and select those
categories for which you would like view the business contacts. For e.g.
'Business', 'Gifts'
5. click the "OK" button on all the open dialog boxes.

You should now see all the Business Contacts that fall under the categories
'Business' and / or 'Gifts'.

The same steps apply to Accounts as well.

Yes he worked, but I try want you explain but what happen if you want to
filter the contacts which only have the 2 criteria and ONLY those 2 criteria
.... for example 'Business', 'Gifts' but only those categories...
I find one way to do it: it is to use the "find" field where you specifiy
which criteria you want to get.
Is there another way?
