Outlook categories for Business contact manager

I have a shared BCM 2007 Database from a server that has accounts sorted by
category. How do I get the same category lists to show up on other people's
outlook/BCM? Is this possible?

Business contact manager uses categories that are present in Outlook ,
there are stored locally and don’t roam .

The only option is to created the categories on the users that have access
to the shared database .

If the user are in a domain , there a Group policy to push out similar
categories.
