How to file Outlook 2003 inbox messages by sender automatically?

I have all my messages in the Inbox and want to automatically file them in
folders after the name of the sender, i.e., a rule that scans the Inbox,
reads the sender, creates the folder if it is not there, and files the
message into it.

You'll need to create the folders first. Rules cannot be used to create
folders.
