How to change the color of the sender names in inbox

How to change the color of the sender names in inbox, if any unread messages
are there.(e.g) in inbox i arranged the messages by sender vise. in that the
names r displayed in light blue. if any new messages delivered from any one
that name should be in different color. so how to change that color.
