Inbox messages do not show sender or subject

I am running Outlook 2003 to handle 5 email accounts with Network Solutions.
When I click send/receive, messages from all 5 email accounts go into the
inbox and rules are automatically run to push the messages into folders based
on the email account. All of this works fine, however...

On JUST ONE of the five email accounts, the messages received do not show
the sender or the subject (just the envelope and time). The message itself is
difficult to impossible to read as it shows a lot of encoding and random
characters. I believe I have narrowed the problem down to Outlook - the
server show the message correctly and it happens when virus protection is on
or off. It is also a recent development after several years of not having
this problem. It is happening to all messages from one of the five accounts
for the past 2 days!

I am having the same issue(My post is "how do i change e-mail viewing to html
in outlook 20007"), but only with 1 of my 2 accounts with Network Solutions.

I just got of the phone with Network Solutions after holding for 41:32.
They said it is a known issue and is not affecting all e-mail accounts. They
said they have escalated My issue, ;) and will have it resoved in 1 -3
business days...sounds like a week to me. I hope your issue gets resolved
soon.

I have filed a ticket as well. For now I have set outlook to leave a copy of
the message on the server. Good luck!
