How to export shared contacts

Is it possible to export shared contacts? The one time I tried to export a
shared contacts list I have access to, all I got was my own contacts, and not
the shared one I needed.

Define "shared contacts list". Do you mean a Contacts folder in Public
Folders? Do you mean a Contacts folder in a mailbox that someone has
shared?
 
Outlook does not export contact folders that are 1) in Public Folders or 2)
Delegate Accounts.
