how to enter my own video hosting account

I have been having trouble posting my video to the web becaus it defaults to neptune and they cannot take my file. I have my own hosting company now that canaccept the size of my file but my computer keeps defaulting to Neptune
Please help!!!!!

You have to use whatever process your service describes in getting files to
their server.... it will vary by the service, but only those hosts that are
tied into MM2 can be accessed that way.

Neptune has been the only one for a while.

Do a web search for the program Smart FTP. It is compliant with all
standards, its free, I use it for my site and its easy to use too. Your
Hosting provider will have given you the details necessary to connect
properly, simply enter those details and away you go.
