How to enable the num lock in the registry???

I like to find out how to enable the num lock feature in
the registry upon booting the system.This feature could be
easy for end users

Set the Reg_Sz string value of
"InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard
will set the numlock to "On" when no one is logged on. May need to restart
for effect.
