how to enable speech recognition in win2k applications

i am having windows2000
but my office applications don't show the speech option
in the tools dropdown
is there some particular library which needs to be added

Hello
Windows 2000 doesn't have inbuilt Speech Recognition.
You need a third party tools like *Microsoft Dictation*
or *Dragon's Naturally Speaking*.
