how to enable showing email address history in outlook 2002

In outlook2002, if I input a email address, it will display some history
email address that i inputted before. now the question how to enable and
disable this function in outlook.

Tools | Options |Email Options | Advanced email options then turn off the
"Suggest names while completing ....." setting.

You can also just delete the names you don't want to ever see again. Do
this by making an email and when the names appear (this is called
Autocomplete) use your down arrow to select the one to delete and press
Delete.
