How to Enable Java?

Hi,
when i open some webpage, it says my browser is not
Java enable. I went to => Tools => Internet Options =>
Security; I have the Java Enabled. Do i have to install
a Java program? Can anyone please tell me how to solve
this problem. TIA

Tools => Internet Options => Security => Custom Level => (scroll way down)
=> Active Scripting => Enable

Also ensure you have the latest Windows updates. (Start=>Windows Update) or
from IE Tools=>Windows Update
