How to enable Interactive Button in the Insert dropdown in Front P

On the insert menu, the Interactive Button is disabled. Microsoft tells me to
change the authoring to make it available, but it doesn't tell me WHAT to
change to enable the Interactive Button. I have played with the share point
technologies and the various browsers and versions as well as schema but I
can't get the interactive button to become active.

Go to Tools, Page Options, Authoring and check all the boxes and set the
drop downs to "Custom"
