How to enable Instant Search in Outlook 2007?

Does anyone have any ideas? When I open up Outlook I get a message box sayinh
the following...

To enable the Instant Search feature in Outlook 12, you must download an
update to Windows Desktop Search.

When I click to Download the update it takes me to an internet page with the
following message.

The download you requested is unavailable. If you continue to see this
message when trying to access this download, go to the "Search for a
Download" area on the Download Center home page.

It looks like Microsoft have taken away the web page for the update when try
to enable it. I cannot find the page they are suggesting.

I feel like I am constantly searching for an instant search.....how Ironic.
