How to embed a multi-page PDF into Word doc so that all pgs show?

I am trying to embed a multi-page PDF file into a larger Word document so
that the PDF pages are bracketed by the Word header and footer. When I do
so, however, only the first page of the PDF file shows. Can I expand or do
something to display all the PDF pages?

I don't think so. The PDF is treated by Word as a graphic, not as a
collection of pages. Word deals with text, and unless you are copying
text from the PDF and pasting that into Word, then I think you are
going to have to copy one page at a time and place these in separate
pages of your Word doc.

No, the embedded info isn't a graphic. If I double click the embedded page,
Adobe Acrobat Reader opens and shows the entire PDF file. I can, however,
use your workaround of copying and pasting in one page at a time as pictures.

Hi Ron,

Not possible. You could, however, copy & paste each page from the PDF into Word as a graphic. An alternative (if the document is
being distributed electronically) is to embed the PDF as an Acrobat object in the Word document - double-clicking on it will then
open up the PDF in Acrobat.

While PDF is a graphical format, an inserted PDF is an Object. Objects
cannot span pages.

I have tried to do the same thing with the same results. What has worked
for me is doing a "save as" in the pdf file and saving them as a jpg... each
page is saved as a separate image. I then select all of the images at once
and drag them into my word document. Typically they get placed in the
correct order because the save as numbers them. I would double check however
to make sure. Sometimes dragging 5 or so pages at a time is easier to manage.
