how to embed a chart into a current worksheet

Hi folks I am a VERY VERY new user to computers in general and I am doing
certificate 2 in Information Technology (Applications) at TAFE here in
Queenstown Tasmania Australia and I am having alot of trouble with access at
the moment and creating charts and I was wondering if anyone knows how do I
go about trying to embed a chart into a open worksheet??? If anyone can help
me out here a Thousand thanks to you and may you live a long and happy life
for all of your days!!! :-) if not then I guess I will just have to skip this
part of my course and come back to it at a later date!:-(
