I would like to email a folder that contains a bunch of emails to another
person, but am unsure how to do this, or even if it can be done.

Can anyone please provide some help?

Create a new pst, within OL, copy data to this. Close this pst, mail the pst

That's for Outlook, not Outlook Express.

For all folder contents you can Edit->select all then right click slected
items and Foreward as attachment to recipient. This will send contents of
folder, not the folder itself.

Best to Zip the folder first. It depends on the size of the folder and on
how many files are in the folder.

If you have not Zipped the folder...
Open the folder.
Press Ctrl + A to select all of the files.
Point to Send To and click Mail Recipient.

An E-mail message should open with all the files listed in the Attach pane
and this in the message pane:

Your files are attached and ready to send with this message.

If you have Zipped the folder...
Right click the Zipped folder, point to Send To and click Mail Recipient.

An E-mail message should open with the zipped folder listed in the Attach
pane and this in the message pane:

Your files are attached and ready to send with this message.
