How to Edit-Delete Mail Folders in Outlook 2000

I'm using Outlook 2000 SP-3 under Windows XP Pro. I've created 16 "Folders"
within my Outlook Inbox to help organize my incoming mail. I think they are
all inside one PST folder. These folders have shortcuts on the Outlook Bar.
I HAVE been able to edit-modify-delete the short cuts but not the "folders"
themselves.

I want to be able to rename and/or delete some of these "folders" but have
been unable to figure out how to accomplish this. I've searched for the
folders but they will not show up.
