How to e-mail a pdf format to our customers from an existing db?

From now on we are supposed to send periodically a pdf format document to
our customers, which details are already in a database.
I don't know how to do it.
If anyone knows, I would be really grateful if you could help me on this one.

You would have to use a pdf writing program such as "cutepdf" or similar.

This will create a mock printer on your system and when you send a report to
that printer, it will prompt you for where to save it and what name to use.

You can then email that file.

Microsoft products do not have built in support for pdf reports (since pdf
is not a Microsoft product). Microsoft tends to discourage users from using
non-Microsoft formats for things.
