How to drag email to outside file without losing sender name?

I need to archive certain emails and their attachments for regulatory
purposes. I do this by dragging the email to a folder on a separate server.
In doing this, however, the SENDER's name disappears and today's date
substitutes the actual SENT date. My company (and I) need the sender's name
for clinical site sorting, and we cannot put sensitive information
(identifiers) in the SUBJECT box.

Regarding the date change, it at least is accurate in the opened file, but
again, we need the original SENT date at the file view level.
