How to download a song which is unavailable at stores

Hi All:
I want to download a song which is NOT available at any stores.

However, a song can be downloaded as long as I do NOT distribute
to anyone.

My question is;
(1) Is it safe for me to download this song, because I worry about
Spam or even Virus?

(2) If I can, then how to download this song by using 'Roxio'
I have in my computer?

limewire and bit comet helped me to get those oldies that were not available
anymore. and no viruses neither spam.

Are you sure?
That is not always true.

If you get anything peer to peer, there is risk, more so when the source is
unknown and possibly illigitimate.
If computer safety is important to you, limit downloads to legitimate
sources.
