How to download a *.ra stream file?

Hello
How to download a *.ra stream file? Hidownload, Net transpost and
others cannot download, but all stream Players, like RealPlayer, play
streaming files through my LAN internet conection. How to make
Hidownload, Net transpost download the same way as RealOne Player
plays?
Our LAN has a Firewall probably. "Yahoo Messenger with voice" connects
with "Firewall with no proxies" option, not "Use proxies", "No
proxies", "No network detection". From "Yahoo Messenger": "The
"Firewall with no proxies" option allows "Yahoo Messenger with voice"
to connect using only HTTP requests".
Hidownload and Net transpost download the files through my dialup
connection, but very slow.
 
You can download streams with NetTransport, last freeware version can be
found on the net.

I would assume this is not a problem of Netransport, but of the
connection itself.
To Nettransport there is no real difference between dialup and LAN,

The connection itself allows all stream players, like RealPlayer, to
play all streaming media. How to to make Hidownload, Net transpost
download the same way as RealPlayer plays?
