How to don't show Stand by on Shut Down Windows

Hi Anyone,

I would like to use gpedit.msc to don't show "Stand by" on Shut Down
Winodws. My computer is running on W2k Pro and it is not connected to any
network (standalone computer).

Please advise me how to don't show "Stand by" on Shut Down Windows by using
gpedit.msc or any other methods.

Start->Settings->Control Panel->Power Options

Go to the Advanced tab. There should be some option there (I don't
currently have any Windows 2000 computer with ACPI, but I used to).
