how to do a complete recovery on my computer.

I want to put my computer back to the state it was when I took it out of the
box. I have done this once before a while back now and completely forget how
I did it. can some one please help me.... (e-mail address removed).

You boot from the CD you got with the computer and then restore things to as
they were when you got it.
