How to display other languages in Outlook Folder List?

hi everyone,

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

I have a chinese simplified version of Office 2003 for testing purpose.
After installing the program, I found out all User Interfaces such as HELP,
TaskBar... everything is in Chinese now in Outlook.

However, in the Folder List like Inbox, Sent Items, Notes... all those are
still in English. How do I change those to other languages (like Chinese)?

I have tried Office Language setting tools and region settings in Windows.
None of these will apply the change in Outlook.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thank you for your help again!
