How to display long favorites menu

My browser used to allow me to see all of my favorites at
once. Now it collapses and I have to hold down the
little arrow at the bottom to see all my folders. How do
I fix this?

Tools | Internet Options | Advanced
Uncheck "Enable personalized Favorites menu."
