favorites menu is screwy

Hi all,

i just downloaded the most recent patch for IE6. Not sure if that was the
problem, but i can't seem to change my favorites menu so that the entire
thing just displays. I have to click the double arrow at the bottom to see
the rest of the favorites. Please note: the list of favorites is only 12
long, it's not that i have too many in my list. how do i change the
settings?

The option is "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu"
