How to display IMAP folders only.
Is it possible to delete outlook file?
How to send email to specific sub account with verizon.net?. When I send an
email it goes to all the sub accounts and the master account also.
Any help is appreciated.

Can't be done. IMAP accounts can't be specified as the default delivery
location and Outlook requires one, so that's the PST.
