How to disable warning when running .exe over local network ?

I`ve seen this question more often, but never foudn teh answer, does anybody know hoe to dsisable the annoying warning message when you run an application from a local network drive ?

This is conrolled by the settings in Internet Explorer
options, ususally for the local intranet zone, but you
need to make sure the remote machine is recognized
as being in that zone, or place it into the trusted zone
and use the settings there.

The share is on a linux server, how do I let the xp machine know it is trusted ?
Why is it not automaticcaly considered trusted when a drive mapping is made ?
