How to disable tracking completely?

Hi all ,

Please kindly to show me that is it possible to disable tracking completely?
Because when l print message from sent items,all the tracking will print out as well, it really waste the paper.

Just stop using it on your outgoing messages. Disable the default tracking
requests in Tools | Options | Email Options | Tracking Options
