From the Start orb, type msconfig in the Start Search box. When shows up at
the top right click and choose run as administrator. On the tools tab
scroll down to Disable UAC. It requires a reboot. I recommend you turn it
back on for normal operations.
If you could turn of UAC via the API it would defeat the pupose of UAC.
Malware would simply turn it off.
