How to disable the "Delete Block (Y/N)" warning message in MS Word

When I press the Delete button on my keyboard, the following warning message
appears below the document: "Delete Block (Y/N)". I have to press Y to
confirm deletion every time. How can I disable this message so that deletion
becomes a one-step process?
