I want Word 2003 to stop asking me to confirm "Delete Block Y/N"

How can I turn off this Word 2003 feature that asks me to confirm whether I
want to delete (Y/N) my block of text or my selection?
 
In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | uncheck the two boxes for
WordPerfect help and navigation | OK.
