Hi, I would just like to know if there is an option somewhere to disable how
Windows hides programs you haven't used in a while in the start menu. I'd
like it to always show all my programs in that menu just like in Windows 98SE
which I used to use. Thanks in advance!

Right click the taskbar..go to properties and at the bottom uncheck hide
inactive icons.

No, I mean programs and folders liste din the start menu, not the taskbar.
How it hides folders you haven't accessed in a while until you click on a
picture of a downward arrow to show all the things in that sub-menu.

Sorry..thinking about the wrong thing. Try right clicking the
taskbar..properties..start menu tab and if you use classic start menu click
customize and uncheck use personalized menus.

It worked perfectly, and only took like 5 seconds! You guys are geniuses!
Thanks a ton! :)
